Onboarding and Orientation
Onboarding
You will be able to see into any section , however to make a comment or to post you must join the section which is accessed just below the header banner for each.
This is your space to grow. Start by introducing yourself in The Lab, then explore the different zones based on your interests. Each area is curated for learning, sharing, and feedback.
What this space stands for — and what it doesn’t.
Respect. Constructive critique. No spam. Keep conversations focused on photography. This is a place to build up, not tear down. If you wouldn’t say it in person, don’t type it here.
A Note of Encouragement – Start Sharing Today
You don’t need permission to start. You don’t need to be “ready.” This community was built for photographers just like you — curious, evolving, sometimes unsure, but committed to the craft.
Sharing your work might feel intimidating at first, especially if you’re used to scrolling in silence. But the photographers who grow the fastest are the ones who show up, share honestly, and stay open to feedback. Whether you’re proud of your shot or still unsure about it, this is the place to post it. No judgement — just support, insight, and growth.
Remember: we’re not here to compare, we’re here to connect.
So start with one image. Post it in your niche zone or in The Gallery, write a few lines about what inspired it or what you’re struggling with, and hit “Share.” Every great photographer once stood where you are now — wondering if their work was good enough. The only difference is, they kept showing up.
